Khaos Live ("we", "us", "our") operates Khaos Live. This Policy describes how we handle personal information for visitors and users worldwide, including residents of the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, European Union, Australia, and other jurisdictions.

Content you post may be processed by automated systems and large language models for moderation, scoring, clipping, and summarization. These models may run via trusted third-party providers under contractual protections. We do not sell your personal information to AI providers for use in unrelated training without your consent.

We process personal data on the following bases: performance of a contract (to provide the Service), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, product improvement), consent (for optional cookies and marketing), and legal obligation.

The Service is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum digital-consent age in your jurisdiction). If we learn we have collected personal information from such a child, we will delete it.

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
