Khaos Live responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512, and comparable laws worldwide including the EU Copyright Directive and UK CDPA.

Send a written notice to dmca@khaoslive.com that includes:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
2. Identification of the material that is allegedly infringing, with sufficient detail (URL) for us to locate it.
3. Your contact information (name, address, telephone, email).
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized.
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

If your content was removed and you believe in good faith that it was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to dmca@khaoslive.com including:

1. Identification of the removed material and its prior location.
2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe removal was a mistake.
3. Your name, address, phone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of federal court in your district (or, if outside the U.S., Wilmington, Delaware).
4. Your physical or electronic signature.

We will terminate accounts of users who are determined to be repeat copyright infringers in appropriate circumstances.

Knowingly making material misrepresentations in a DMCA notice or counter-notice may result in liability for damages.
