How to report copyright infringement on Khaos Live.

Notice and Takedown
Khaos Live responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512, and comparable laws worldwide including the EU Copyright Directive and UK CDPA.
Filing a DMCA Notice
Send a written notice to dmca@khaoslive.com that includes:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- Identification of the material that is allegedly infringing, with sufficient detail (URL) for us to locate it.
- Your contact information (name, address, telephone, email).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-Notice
If your content was removed and you believe in good faith that it was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to dmca@khaoslive.com including:
- Identification of the removed material and its prior location.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe removal was a mistake.
- Your name, address, phone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of federal court in your district (or, if outside the U.S., Wilmington, Delaware).
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Repeat Infringers
We will terminate accounts of users who are determined to be repeat copyright infringers in appropriate circumstances.
Misrepresentations
Knowingly making material misrepresentations in a DMCA notice or counter-notice may result in liability for damages.
